Constructed-In Jewellery Is the Fall Pattern You Can Put on Now

The runways in fall 2020 were full of trends. From ties to fringes to belted blazers, there's a lot to expect. But there's one trend that's already proving popular: built-in jewelry.

Instead of layering necklaces or stacking bangles on their respective models, the designers decided to actually add a bit of jewelry to their dresses and accessories. Necklaces are the most common and usually involve some form of chain link balls (see: Bottega Veneta). Then there are the bracelet bags, brooch accents, and shoes with anklets.

Our advice? Limit yourself to one hidden item at a time. And of course, don't add any other jewelry. The whole point is to avoid having to equip accessories. Full Disclosure: Many of the pieces with built-in jewelry are more expensive. But when you consider that you're basically getting a twofer, the investment is justified. Rest assured, we were able to find some moderate-priced options too. Zara has already accepted the move.
