The global pandemic has devastated the fashion industry and we have to hand it over to our favorite fashion glossies to weather the crisis. Edward Enninful has recently received high praise in British Vogue thanks to a great Judi Dench cover and a trio of covers that have been used to celebrate front workers just last month. Enninful's latest achievement does not include one, not two, but 14 covers for the August 2020 issue of the publication. The selection of the covers shows different landscapes from all over Great Britain, drawn by David Sims, Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, Nadine Ijewere, David Hockney (below) and others.
The multi-cover concept has proven too much for our forum members. "Fourteen covers? Graphic based on an edition dedicated to “normal people” instead of models / celebrities on the cover? Will British Vogue become Vogue Italia? Asked Apple.
"Do you love David Hockney but 14? Why ?! "Miss Dalloway wondered.
"I've slept very badly lately, but these 14 covers will surely be the insomnia remedy I've been waiting for," said YohjiAddict.

"I honestly like it! I like the concept. Fourteen is certainly an exaggeration, but I'm here to get the general idea of it. I love the Hockney and am fascinated to see the others, ”added Honeycombchild.
Benn98 felt the same way: "It is a beautiful piece, but very general in the sense that it will appeal to everyone and their mother. I imagine that was the intention. But 14 covers? My God, one farneti is enough! "
"I love the cover. It is appropriate to light up your day a little and give you rest in the chaos… ”MDNA interfered.
"It's a beautiful cover and quite a coup for any magazine, let alone British Vogue to get Hockney – I mean we're talking about one of the greatest British artists of the last century," said Fiercification.
Look forward to the unveiling of the remaining covers. In the meantime, share your thoughts on the latest developments in British Vogue by joining the conversation here.
