All eyes have recently been on Harper's Bazaar after Glenda Bailey announced her retirement from Hearst title in January after 19 years at the top. At the end of her term, Bailey welcomes Gigi Hadid for the fourth time in the April 2020 issue of the magazine. As one of the top cover models of 2019, the older Hadid sister gives us drama and glamor for the cover recording of the newspaper kiosk (below), who poses in Givenchy haute couture, and rocks Chanel haute couture on the alternative of Subscribers (after the jump), both selected by George Cortina, in front of Sølve Sundsbø's lens.
The majority of our forum members were pleasantly surprised. "OMG, has Harper & # 39; s Bazaar finally got a good cover?" asked Jorgepalomo.
"Finally a great cover!" liberty33r1b echoed.
"No blue sky, no cheesy fake smile, no crazy Photoshop! Clean, chic and timeless. Cortina is the best thing that has ever happened to this magazine! “Explained Lola701.

"A really refreshing cover!" admires anadmm.
Bailey is definitely in full swing. "Can't believe it! A great, not tricky fashion cover," applauded Kokobombon.
"I always enjoyed Gigi for Bazaar. I love that," enthused MON.
But not everyone agreed. “The strange fit of the corset is all I can see and how the Gigi headdress gives these dreaded Ariana Grande cat ears. I wish it made more sense if that made sense. There are a few missed details that ruin it for me, because if you choose Minimal, it has to be almost perfect, ”criticized dodencebt.
"This is … boring," complained tipi1355.
